Greetings zedi. I’m xandy and I would like to join the team. Below is some more information.

Personal information:
My name’s Andrew and I’m 22 years old (actually 23 tomorrow). I live in Sweden and at the moment I’m studying French. Quite a few years ago in my earlier school years I used to study German. JK II history:
Well, it goes back a long, long time. I bought the game in 2002 when it was released and back then I was obviously very young. At that point I had version 1.02 and eventually I somehow dropped the CD on the floor and it cracked so I bought the game again, this time it was 1.04. From that point on (probably 2003) I kept on playing JK II very regularly, absolutely loving the game. I still do, of course.

Having grown up with this game I’ve had my moments of embarrasment and being far from mature long back in the past. Unfortunately I spent several years in the American community and some of their clans such as eS, jj, EoD. Sure there were some good moments but the Americans (with just a few exceptions) can pretty much only yellow spam and go full offensive. When they meet someone defensive (that they’re not used to in their community and servers) they start complaining or some simply give up. Pathetic.

These days and the last few years though I’ve turned into a more silent person, only focusing on playing and ignoring people talking in games as they mostly talk shit, whine etc. and that’s uninteresting.

My time in the european community was definitely better. For one, europeans in general focus more on TFFA while the Americans seem to have some obsession with duels. I enjoy TFFA a lot more than duels so yeah, euro time was the best time.

Some clans worth mentioning that I’ve been in are HOK, KAI, DjR, DcL, s4n and troubLe. Many good moments in those clans. I can’t remember exactly which year it was but I helped founding troubLe together with Josh, malte and there was a fourth guy as well if I remember correctly but my memory is failing me a bit now, can’t remember his name.

In the later years of JK II when it was considered "dead", or maybe there was still a little activity left. I mean there’s activity now, it goes up and down a bit at times. Anyway, I joined ti0n and dopefish in three different clans I believe that we played in together; mYth, kCs and urgD. Can’t remember exactly which years this was but maybe you guys remember better than me.

In 2010/11 I was in NSO together with reaper and SouL and several other names. Around that time we were also running an independent league called JK2L and we organised a few tournaments as well as some ladders going on for a while. There was quite a boom in activity at that time actually, hav0c and some other old eo people was around back then as well.

A bit after that I stopped JK II and found Combat Arms that I’ve spent around four years playing. Had some short moments where I returned to JK II in between but they didn’t last very long. Now, some days ago I returned again and to my surprise found there quite some activity actually. Amazing. Did some TFFA yesterday and on Homebase there was 25 players last night. That amount in one server, in JK II, in 2014 is astonishing and it puts a big smile on my face.

Why zedi?:
I think zedi has always been an attractive top team and now when I came back to the game just some days ago both ti0n and dopefish told me to join and I think that’s a good idea. I’ve played with several people from your clan on and off throughout the years and always enjoyed it. I believe TFFA is my favourite mode altough I have a very soft spot for regular FFA as well. I think I can handle myself very well in both NK and WK, perhaps a bit better in WK. Very defensive.

Ah, yes. You’re right. I was trying to remember who else was in NSO, level2 was one but unfortunately my memory lets me down sometimes, Entschuldigung schatzi.

Ahh, that’s an unfortunate result. I’ll still be around and play of course.
